SWEET POTATO WEDGES
Sweet potato – 3 to 4
medium ones Butter –1 tbs
Italian seasoning – 1tbs
Wash sweet potato thoroughly, peel the skin and chop sweet potato in the finger chips shapes uniformly. Boil them for 5-6 mins in water with little salt.
Drain the water take butter and Italian seasoning in a bowl mix it well. To this add sweet potato toss well and spread it on a baking tray bake itfor 10 to 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Healthy and Tasty sweet potato wedges are ready to be served either with ketchup or mint chutney.
This recipe is a great choice for snacks as it doesn’t involve deep frying
or cornflour etc. and has goodness of sweet potato.
