What is Mindful Yoga?

Mindful Yoga – these refreshing sessions are oriented towards bringing mindfulness into our daily practice. Asanas and Pranayama are the components of every session with emphasis on gradual progress to perfection as per the individual’s capacity.  The instructions takes one deeper into the practice helping a  mind body connect that is both rejuvenating and calming. 

In addition, there will be interesting modules such as nutrition, mudras, meditation and relaxation.
