Virabhadrasana 1: The Warrior Pose

The warrior pose – strange name for a yoga pose!

Aren’t those who practice Yoga supposed to be non warriors and spiritually evolved?

This pose represents the quest for the ultimate truth and battle of the self to dispel ignorance – ‘a spiritual warrior’

  2. Place your feet 4 feet apart , turn your trunk to the right  side
