TURMERIC GINGER TULASI TEA

Ingredients

Turmeric – 1 teaspoon

 Ginger – 1/4 inch (grated) 

Tulsi – 4 to 5 leaves

 Peppercorns – 4 numbers

Honey or jaggery 1 teaspoon (optional)

Method

Take 2 cups of water in a saucepan. Add the grated ginger, turmeric, crushed pepper and tulsi leaves and boil for 5-7 minutes. After removing from fire honey or jaggery can be added (only if nondiabetic). Pour into your cup and enjoy your health tonic daily.
