RAGI IDLI

Ingredients

Ragi Flour : 2 cups

Urad Dhal : 1 cup

Methi Seeds : 2 tsp

Salt : 2 tsp

Method

Soak urad dhal & methi seeds 4 to 5 hours & grind in mixe to smooth batter consistency. Add ragi flour & salt to it & ferment for 6 to 7 hours. Soft idlis or dosas from this batter can be prepared.
