Beetroot-1 medium size
Onion chopped-2tsp ( optional)
Coconut gratings-2 tsp
Coriander leaves- finely chopped-1 tsp
Roasted and coarsely ground peanuts-2tbsp
Green chillies- Finely chopped-1
Curds- 2-3 Tbsp
Boil Beetroot and grate it. Squeeze the grated beetroot and remove all the excess juice. (This juice can be used to make soups, rasam etc) To this squeezed beetroot add salt, sugar, green chillies, chopped onions, coconut gratings. Give a good stir. While serving add roasted peanuts, curds, and garnish with coriander leaves.
