Prameya is conducting competitions under the FENS Model:

  1. Functional – Yoga Enhancing physical health and vitality.
  2. Emotional – Singing Nurturing mental well-being and resilience.
  3. Nutritional – Cooking Encouraging balanced and mindful eating.
  4. Spiritual – Story Fostering inner peace and mindfulness.

Open to friends and family, share with anyone who may be interested.

TRANQUIL TWIST

Yoga Competition

Date: 17 May : 9am – 12 noon

Registration Fee: ₹100 per participant

Eligibility: Open to All Age Groups

Competition Format

1. Individual Category

  • Each participant will perform 5 yoga asanas.
  • Each asana must be held for 30 seconds.

2. Group Category

  • Participants will perform a Yoga Flow Sequence.
  • Duration: 5 minutes yoga flow (artistic presentation)
  • Groups should have minimum 5 and maximum 8 members. 3 Asana Selection
  • Chit system format
  • Participants will pick chits containing 5 asanas from a pool of asanas list provided.
  • Props may be used for certain asanas if required by the participant.

Note: Rules and regulations will be provided after registration.

PITCH PERFECT

Singing Competition

Date: 24 May

Venue: Shri Jayarama Seva Mandali

Registration Fee: ₹100 per participant

Eligibility: Open to age 5 and above

Competition Categories

Participants can perform in either of the following:

  • Filmy Songs
  • Non-Filmy Songs ( Light music)

Performance Guidelines

  • Total slot: 3 + 1 minutes per participant
  • No Karaoke

Note: Rules and regulations will be provided after registration.

A SPOONFUL OF HEALTH

Nutrition Competition

Date: 17 May

Venue: Shri Jayarama Seva Mandali

Registration Fee: ₹100 per participant

Eligibility: Open to All Age Groups

Competition Categories

1. Offline Presentation – Dish

Participants will prepare a healthy dish at home and bring it to the venue.

Presentation Time: 2 minutes

Participants must:

  • Present the prepared dish to judges for tasting and assessment.
  • Explain why it is a healthy dish.

Cooking Guidelines

  • Vegetarian only + Dairy allowed
  • Dish should be part of a balanced diet.

Participants must submit a Recipe Card including:

  • Ingredients used
  • Cooking method

Quantity to bring:

  • Minimum 1 portion for judging.
  • Participants should bring a serving spoon and required crockery  / cutlery

2. Online Presentation – Meal Plan

Participants will prepare and present a short video explaining a low-cost healthy meal plan.

Video Duration: 3 minutes

The video should include:

  • The meal plan
  • Cost of the meal
  • Nutritional value
  • Explanation of why the meal is healthy

Suggested Cost Framework:

  • Meal planned for lower-income groups
  • Approximate budget: ₹100 per day

SPIN A YARN

Story Telling Competition

Date: 17 May

Venue: Shri Jayarama Seva Mandali

Registration Fee: ₹100 per participant

Eligibility: Open to age 5 and above

Competition Format

Guidelines The story should offer a meaningful takeaway reflecting spiritual or moral values.

Can be based on: Personal experiences, Folklore or traditional stories from Puranic or Dharmik or Zen and other wisdom literature sources or Original creations.

Duration of Narration

Children: up to 5 minutes

Adults: up to 7 minutes

Language: (English, Kannada)
